Exercises to Perk Up Your Breasts: Quick At-Home Workout Video

Hi, loveys!!! In today’s video, I’m sharing with you some of my favorite chest exercises! Now, of course, doing chest exercises will not actually GROW your Boobs, BUT it will lift up the muscle underneath them which can give them a big of a perkier look 🙂

I always tell my boyfriend how sore my armpits are after I lift chest and he’s like no Shannon that’s your chest and I’m like no my armpits are literally sore so go get them sore armpits ladies 🙂 Let me know if you try out the workout! You can do this at home or in the gym, as long as you have 2 dumbbells! Quick & Easy!!! WORKOUT BELOW:


  • Dumbbell Chest Flys (10-12 reps) –
    Dumbbell Chest Press (10-12 reps) –
    Narrow Chest Press (12-15 reps)
  • REPEAT 3x –
    only rest between sets, not exercises –
    Regular Pushups (5 reps) –
    Narrow Pushups (5 reps) – Wide Pushups (5 reps)
    REPEAT 3x –
  • Tricep dips (15-20 reps or until failure!)
